Since it’s always more fun to train in a group — the Azalea Classic organizers have specified several days and times where community members can meet up for informal “Couch to Classic” training runs. The runs will start out alternating walking and short (very short) running distances. Each week, the running portion will increase until before you know it, you’re ready to run the Azalea Classic. Time commitment for each run is about 30 minutes.

Schedule to be announced
All runs meet at the University Park town soccer field. Interested participants should email with any questions.
